This papercutting+painting is specially made and dedicated to someone that become my rock idol, that respect for his abundant positive energy that he shared in many online/offline platform. He is Gary Vaynerchuck. He was known as Gary Vee. If you just know or read or heard Gary Vee, just googling him. You will easily find him anywhere. His achievement is solid proof that he is the man who just does the work and he lives what he preaches.
There is always a first time, for everything. The mixed feeling will fill our mind and our heart related to the journey through that first time moment. We may feel nervous, excited, worried, afraid, happy and so on. Including with the story that I want to share you now. The big themes are “for the first time”. It’s the first time for me visit Tanjung Pinang, the capital of Bintan Island to install and activated the first ActiveSite solution for Indonesia market.
Ketika banyak orang bilang, masa kecil adalah masa dimana kita bebas berkhayal atau memimpikan tentang sesuatu atau masa depan. Untuk yang satu ini rasanya saya belum pernah memimpikannya, mengontrol cahaya dari lampu menggunakan jam tangan. Tidak pernah terbayang saat itu.
Dan kini, semua terasa nyata. Mungkin kenyataan bahwa lampu bisa dikontrol dari smartphone masih terasa janggal, kini ditambah lagi dengan lampu bis dikontrol dari jam tangan, tepatnya smartwatch. Philips dengan produknya “hue” atau HUE, yang merupakan bohlam lampu LED yang RGB (alias color-changing), berkolaborasi untuk mengontrol bohlam ini dengan Apple melalui Apple Watch. Dengan Apple Watch, customer bisa mengganti warna cahaya, dimming, menyalakan atau mematikan lampu bahkan bisa mengatur kapan atau jam berapa/tanggal berapa lampu itu menyala atau mati. Fantastis.
