This time, on the special date 25-5-25, I want to share a personal milestone: creating my very first photography book—Detak Warisan: Merawat Kenangan Melalui Jam Tangan.

This is not just a photography book. It’s a personal journey that brought me to become the writer, editor, designer, and publisher all at once. About 95% of the photographs were taken by me, while the rest are credited to talented collaborators who supported this project. The book was developed as my final project during my time as a student at Kelas Pagi Indonesia, which I joined from April 2024 to February 2025.

Masjid & Generasi Muda

Adalah suatu tantangan besar untuk menarik anak-anak muda mau melakukan aktivitas memakmurkan masjid. Perlu kesabaran dan kebesaran hati untuk merangkul mereka mau singgah dan betah berada di masjid. Jika segalanya dibatasi oleh norma atau aturan ketat, justru akan membuat mereka memilih berpaling dan kembali menyelami kehidupan maya dibalik layar LCD ukuran 6inch digenggaman mereka.

Pinggir Jalan Tol Andara

Some photographs were taken from Jalan Andara and nearby Pondok Labu.

Namanya Pak Kadi. Beliau jualan jagung rebus dan kacang rebus, yang mangkal di dekat pertigaan Margasatwa, Pondok Labu. Langganan saya kalau lagi pengen ngemil kacang buat nonton film di rumah. Kebetulan malam minggu kemarin saya muter-muter manasin sepeda dan kamera. Sebelum pulang, saya mampir beli kacang dan jagung. Dan atas ijinnya, saya foto-foto aktivitasnya. Entah kenapa dia spontan ngeluarin gaya jempol dan senyum lebarnya. Selesai urusannya, saya pulang.

Madrid from my smartphone lens

This is my short trip with short time to explore and reveal the beauty of Madrid. Actually, this is the second time I visited this city, the first time has happened at the end of December 2015. Yes, it has been almost 12 years ago. Arrived at Madrid on Tuesday afternoon (26/09) and leave Madrid on Friday evening (29/09), with two days (28 – 29 Sept) were use for Partner Summit.
